22nd June 2011 was day to remember for the attendees of the Inspire>Aspire Scottish National awards 2011. Pupils, teachers and guests taking part in the tour of the University of Stirling Campus were lucky enough to be joined by Sir Craig Reedie CBE, Katherine Grainger MBE and Katherine Brown (former Miss Scotland, Miss UK and founder of Street Sport Scotland).
Keynote speaker Katherine Grainger gave a hugely inspirational speech, detailing her journey to becoming the most successful female rower of all time. Katherine also took time afterwards to speak to young people and sign autographs after the awards.
