JUNE 22ND INSPIRE>ASPIRE STIRLING AWARDS INFO

22nd June - Inspire>Aspire Awards Update

Tomorrow, June 22nd, will see our first Inspire>Aspire annual awards ceremony which will take place at the University of Stirling. Sir Craig Reedie CBE, from the International Olympic Committee will welcome prize winners while triple Olympic Silver medallist, Katherine Grainger MBE and Jim Anderson OBE will present the awards.

We have taken the opportunity (at the last minute) to arrange a tour of some of the facilitates at the University of Stirling and also an exhibition tennis match between some of Scotland’s top u16 tennis players.

The tour starts at 3pm at The National Swimming Academy and finishes at the tennis centre at 3.30pm. The tennis will start at 3.30pm and finish in time to allow for the short walk to the Pathfoot Building for the awards at 4pm.

We do need an idea of numbers so if you could drop an email back to let me know if your party intends to take up the tour and the tennis, that would be useful.

Please see the below PDF map with location of the Pathfoot Building and the National Swimming Academy. There is ample parking to the front and rear of the Pathfoot Building as well as the main car park.
